Post-Race Notes, NASCAR Xfinity Series: Call 811 Before You Dig 200 at Phoenix Raceway.

- Bad day for JR Motorsports: Drivers Noah Gragson, Michael Anett, and Josh Berry all DNF'd. Gragson had an oil leak that caught fire under his car and now has to fight the adversity the rest of the season. Luckily it is still early in the season, and hopefully Gragson can pull himself out of the rut he is currently in. Anett went behind the wall after suffering a blown engine, and Berry cut a tire and making contact with the #26 car. Berry had a strong run going for most of the day, running in the top 10 for a portion of the race. Berry was not happy with the driver of the 26 car after making contact with him. The only successful driver for JR Motorsports was Justin Allgaier, who made contact with the wall on the final restart and ran in the top 5 for the most of the race.

- Cautions and wrecks galore!: Along with the bad luck for the JR Motorsports team, there were many cautions that included the 19 of Brandon Jones, the 36 of Alex Labbe, and many more. According to Jeff Gluck of The Athletic, this race had the most cautions in an Xfinity race since 2007. Even as they were coming to the checkered flag, they were wrecking!

- Austin Cindric, COMPLETE DOMINATION!: The race winner, Austin Cindric completely dominated this race, I'm really excited to see him make the jump to the cup series next year. some may say that this is because he is in a Penske Racing team car, but I truly believe that Austin is an absolute wheelman. Much like Ty Gibbs in the ARCA race if anyone asked you

who was leading, you did not even have to look at a leaderboard you just knew it.

- Very good day for some small teams: Some small teams and drivers had very good days including career best finishes by the 68 car of Brandon Brown, who finished third, and Bayley Currey in the 74 car. Mike Harmon Racing scored their best finish in team history, so it is really good to see some of the smaller drivers and their teams do really well competing with the big guys such as Penske Racing and Joe Gibbs Racing.

- Is Ty Gibbs the real deal?: After dominating and winning the ARCA race yesterday, and winning in the Xfinity Series at the Daytona road course, many believe that Gibbs will work his way through both ARCA and the Xfinity series rather easily. All I have to say is to watch out for this young man if you are Martin Truex Jr. in the 19 car in the cup series, because he may take your ride in the coming years rather easily if he continues this success.

- Top 10:

  1. Austin Cindric #22

  2. Ty Gibbs #54: If Ty had had one more lap, he might have won the race.

  3. Brandon Brown #68

  4. Riley Herbst #98

  5. AJ Allmendinger #16

  6. Jeb Burton #10

  7. Bayley Currey #74

  8. Justin Allgaier #7

  9. Brett Moffitt #02

  10. Jeremy Clements

- The Inside Line's Shocker moments of the race: The two moments that socked me the most is Ty Gibbs' success in this race and in this season so far. Also, Brandon Brown in the 68 and Bayley Currey in the 74 car finishing in the top 10. To me, this is what the sport of NASCAR needs, no matter the division. Seeing the big teams win or get top 5's and top 10's each and every weekend have bored a part of the NASCAR fanbase. Everyone loves an underdog story, and rooting for the underdogs as well. I hope that these teams can continue their success the rest of the season. Let's see if this underdog trend continues into the Cup Series race tomorrow.
